Plus, you can create the ideal ambience for your space with the included diffuser to soften the glow if desired.

• Adjustable drop length ranges from 15"-149".
• Can be mounted on a vaulted ceiling.
• Clear PVC cord measures 158" long.
• Hardwired; professional installation recommended.
• Safety tested for use indoors and in dry locations that are not directly exposed to excessive moisture and water.
• To create a softer glow, our Nuvola Chandelier includes a removable glass diffuser that connects to the bottom of the pendant; some assembly is required should you choose to use the diffuser.

Shipping

Zelno Lighting offers free standard shipping within the United States.

Most standard lighting orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment. For large, handmade, or customized lighting pieces, production and preparation may take 5-7 business days.

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination, product size, and carrier schedule. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
