Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The lighting fixture must be uninstalled and in its original condition. Wires should not be cut, spliced, or modified in any way. All original mounting hardware, accessories, protective films, and components must be included and intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Customized or special-order items (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and processing the exchange.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Non-Refundable Fees

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.
After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@zelnolighting.com. Our support team will review the transaction with our payment processor and ensure it is properly processed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter our fulfillment process and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy after receiving the item.
