Primary Shipping Region: We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses).
Future Expansion: We are continuously working to expand our shipping destinations to better serve international customers.

2. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses).
No Hidden Fees: The total amount displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay. No additional shipping charges will be applied after purchase.

3. Taxes & Duties

All prices are exclusive of applicable sales taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
For international shipments, import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the same business day.
Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment.
Total Delivery Time: Estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days (processing + transit).

Delivery Days: Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday.
