• Made from PVC cables featuring a silver finish with a clear protective lacquer and complemented by pendant shades crafted from natural selenite stone.
• Due to the natural materials used, each piece will vary in color and pattern.
• 15-light chandelier uses 15 10-watt max G4 bulbs (included).
• 36-light chandelier uses 36 10-watt max G4 bulbs (included).
  
• Individual cable lengths can be adjusted to customize the chandelier for your space.
• Adjustable drop length ranges from 10"- 127".
• Can be mounted on a vaulted ceiling.

Shipping

Zelno Lighting offers free standard shipping within the United States.

Most standard lighting orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment. For large, handmade, or customized lighting pieces, production and preparation may take 5-7 business days.

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination, product size, and carrier schedule. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
