• Hammered Glass: Mouth-blown into a custom mold with a softly irregular textured surface that adds depth and gently diffuses the light.
• Fluted Glass: Mouth-blown into a custom mold with refined linear detailing for a more tailored and architectural appearance.

• Each glass shade is individually mouth-blown and may display subtle variations in shape, texture, clarity and surface appearance that contribute to its handcrafted character.
• Hammered Glass offers a softer, more textural appearance, while Fluted Glass creates a more structured and tailored look.
• The Hammered Glass and Fluted Glass options share the same overall fixture dimensions and configuration within each size.
• This chandelier can be mounted on a sloped ceiling but is not suitable for installation on a vaulted ceiling.
• Both sizes weigh more than 50 lbs. and require additional structural bracing above the ceiling rather than relying solely on a standard electrical outlet box.
• Professional installation by a licensed electrician is required.

Shipping

Zelno Lighting offers free standard shipping within the United States.

Most standard lighting orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment. For large, handmade, or customized lighting pieces, production and preparation may take 5-7 business days.

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination, product size, and carrier schedule. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
