Zelno Lighting offers free standard shipping within the United States.

Orders are processed within 7–15 business days before shipment.

After your order ships, standard transit time is approximately 3–5 weeks, depending on the destination, product size, and carrier schedule. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
