• When handling halogen bulbs, use a clean, soft cloth or gloves. Oils from the skin may damage the bulbs or shorten their lifespan.
• Use gloves when handling the Bronze finish, as frequent contact may cause it to darken more quickly.
• This chandelier cannot be installed on a sloped or vaulted ceiling.
• Professional assembly and installation by a licensed electrician are required.
• This fixture weighs more than 50 lbs. and requires additional ceiling reinforcement. It cannot be supported by a standard electrical box alone.
• Suitable for indoor damp locations, including bathrooms where the fixture may be exposed to moisture.
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use chemical cleaners, abrasives or polishing agents, as they may damage the finish.

Zelno Lighting offers free standard shipping within the United States.

Most standard lighting orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment. For large, handmade, or customized lighting pieces, production and preparation may take 5-7 business days.

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination, product size, and carrier schedule. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
