Description

In our Savilen collection, renowned designer Jonathan Browning has created a masterful study of solid and void. A monumental block of crystal is carved with a concave channel to hold an Edison bulb, and set in a frame of solid brass. The crystal reveals its solidity when illuminated, refracting and reflecting the bulb within, but takes on a weightless transparency when dark.

1. Is the hanging height adjustable?

Yes. Most chandeliers and pendant lights include adjustable rods, chains, or cables. If you need a longer hanging length for a high ceiling, staircase, or foyer, please contact us before ordering.

2. Can this fixture be installed on a sloped ceiling?

Many of our fixtures can be installed on sloped or vaulted ceilings, depending on the canopy and fixture structure. Please contact us before ordering if your ceiling is angled.

3. Are bulbs included?

Yes. Bulbs are included with our light fixtures, so you do not need to purchase basic compatible bulbs separately. Some fixtures may require a specific socket type, wattage, or color temperature depending on the design. Please refer to the product details for the exact specifications. If you prefer a different brightness or color temperature, make sure to use bulbs that are compatible with the fixture.

4. How long does shipping take?

Standard lighting orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days. Large or made-to-order fixtures may require 1–2 weeks for preparation. Delivery for larger fixtures typically takes around 2–4 weeks after shipment.

5. Why does my order need preparation time?

Lighting fixtures are often fragile, oversized, or carefully packed before shipment. Some pieces may require production, inspection, or custom preparation to ensure safe delivery.

6. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the package and damaged item. We will help arrange replacement parts, a replacement fixture, or another suitable solution.

7. Can I return the product?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging. Custom-made or modified items may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

8. Do you offer support for designers or trade projects?
